Our “Performance” program is customised around you and tailored to help you reach your goal race/event in peak condition. We start with goal setting, benchmarking and season planning and then get into your training to help you smash your goals.
Our “Performance Plus” and “Black Box” services are for those that want to dive deeper into more advanced data analysis through WKO and for those that require more regular modifications to their programs due to busy lifestyles. We also go into more advanced race day planning through best bike split to help you get the edge over your competition.
